Hello families! If you still want to purchase a yearbook for your child, please send them with $40.00 in cash on June 1 if they are 8th graders and June 5th if they are 6th or 7th graders. Feliz Día de las Madres ( Happy Mother's Day) In Mexico, El Salvador and Guatemala, Mother's Day is celebrated on May 10th each year. Regardless of the day of the week. Typical celebrations include waking mom up with a song, showering her with gifts, and sitting down to an extended family feast.

Dear 8th Grade D56 Families, It is nearly that time for your 8th grader to graduate and prepare for high school. Before they go, we hope they plan to attend our 8th grade dance on May 31! We rely on our families to help us put on a great night with the donation of some of our food, drinks and supplies. Please consider making a donation if you are able. During Teacher Appreciation Week, We want to thank all of the educators and staff. We are beyond thankful for our wonderful team who works hard every day to keep our students happy and help them grow.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS The last day for students to check out books from the LRC is Friday, May 12th. ALL library materials are due by Tuesday, May 23rd. Please try to locate any and all materials that may be overdue to avoid any fees for missing materials.
