I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor degree in Elementary Education with a Middle School endorsement. Before teaching at River Trail, I spent two years teaching at an international school in Thailand where I spent one year teaching 4th grade and another year teaching middle school language arts and social studies. I began my teaching career as a 4th grade teacher in Chicago.
