A little about me... I started my teaching career in 1996. After teaching second grade for several years in Grayslake, I took time off to stay home with my two children, Maggie and Connor. Maggie graduated from Gurnee Grade School in 2011 and Connor graduated from River Trail in 2013. I have worked and volunteered in District 56 since 2002. Bubba, the Basset Hound, keeps our family on our toes and is ready for a walk anytime. My husband Tom and I enjoy walking on the beach, golfing, snowboarding/skiing for myself, fishing, and cooking dinners with Maggie and Connor. I am thrilled to be part of the River Trail family teaching Kindergarten and First Grade.
